Terms & Conditions

1) About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Flex Card Print (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website, email, phone, or any other ordering channel.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2) Who we sell to

We sell to both consumers and business customers.

Where you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3) Quotes, pricing and product information

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, quotes are valid for 7 days.

All prices are subject to change before an order is accepted.

Product images are for illustration. Colours, materials and finishes may appear differently in real life due to lighting, screens, and print tolerances.

If we discover an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4) Order acceptance

An order is only accepted when we confirm acceptance in writing, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.

We may decline any order at our discretion, including where specifications are unclear, where files are not suitable, or where we suspect misuse of services.

5) Payment

Payment terms will be stated at checkout or in your quote.

We may require full payment before production starts.

If payment is overdue, we may pause production or dispatch until payment is received.

6) Custom products, proofs and approval

Most of our products are made to order and customised to your specification. This may include artwork, names, numbers, QR codes, barcodes, magnetic stripe, scratch panels, finishes, quantities, and formats.

Where we provide a proof, production will not start until you approve the proof.

You are responsible for checking your proof carefully, including spelling, layout, colours, and all variable data.

Approval confirms that the file and specification are correct. Changes after approval may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

7) Print tolerances and material variation

Printing involves reasonable tolerances. Minor variations may occur between runs and within a run.

Screen colours do not match print colours exactly. Colour differences between digital previews and final print are not considered defects.

Natural materials may vary. For example, wood grain and texture are unique from piece to piece.

Wear from normal use, including scratches and scuffs from daily handling, is not considered a defect.

8) Customer supplied content and intellectual property

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, images, and content you supply.

You grant us a non exclusive licence to use your supplied content to produce your order and to provide related services such as proofing and print setup.

We are not responsible for infringement caused by customer supplied content.

Unless agreed in writing, we do not acquire ownership of your intellectual property.

9) Delivery and timing

Delivery information is provided in our Delivery Policy and forms part of these terms.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless we confirm a guaranteed service in writing.

Dispatch times depend on the final specification, production capacity, and the timing of your proof approval.

Courier transit times are outside our direct control. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

For deliveries outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

10) Express and rush orders

Rush production and express shipping may be available subject to capacity and suitability of materials and finishes.

All rush timelines and fees must be confirmed by us in writing.

If your artwork or approvals are delayed, rush timelines may no longer apply.

11) Sample packs

Sample packs are provided to help you compare materials and finishes.

Where sample packs are offered free of charge, they may be subject to eligibility review and may be limited to one per company, one per address, or similar reasonable limits.

Sample packs are non returnable.

12) Returns, defects and claims

Returns and remedies are set out in our Return Policy and form part of these terms.

Because most products are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the products after production.

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, missing, or faulty, you must notify us within the timeframes stated in our Return Policy and provide reasonable evidence such as photos and affected quantities.

We may require that you retain packaging and provide samples for assessment.

13) Our liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This includes loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or reputational loss
Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant goods or services

We are not responsible for losses arising from:
Customer supplied files or data errors approved in the proof
Delays outside our control
Incorrect delivery details provided by you
Normal wear and tear

14) Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes courier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, strikes, supplier disruption, and similar events.

15) Privacy and data

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Where you provide personal data for personalisation, such as names and membership numbers, you confirm you have the right to share that data with us for processing.

16) Website use

You may not misuse our website. This includes attempting to access systems without authorisation or introducing malicious code.

Content on our website is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission, except for your personal, non commercial use.

17) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

18) Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

19) Contact

If you have questions about these terms, please contact us via the details shown on our Contact page.
