Cards Made to Match Your Hotel Lock System

We help hotels choose the right route before production, based on the lock system, card use case, chip requirement and any current card details you already have. If the specification is clear, we can move directly into production. If it is not, we help confirm the route first and can arrange test cards where needed.

4-Step Order Process

1 Tell Us Your Lock System

Tell us which hotel lock system you use, such as Salto, Onity, Dormakaba, VingCard, MIWA or Be-Tech.

2 We Match the Right Card Type

We check the card format and recommend the suitable option for your lock system and encoder.

We can arrange free test cards before bulk production if your lock system needs a double-check.

3 Approve Artwork & Details

Once the card type and design are confirmed, we prepare your custom print proof for approval.

4 We Print Your Order

Once the working card is confirmed, we prepare your artwork and print the full custom order.

Why Hotels Work With Us

How We Keep The Price Competitive

We Cut Out Extra Supply Layers

Your order follows a more direct factory route, so you are not paying unnecessary margins before the cards reach your hotel.

We Buy Chips And Materials At Scale

Regular card production and long-term supplier relationships with NXP help us secure stronger input pricing for suitable hotel card projects.

Offset Printing Makes Larger Runs More Efficient

For larger orders, offset printing gives clean, consistent colour and a lower unit cost than slower small-scale print routes.

Custom Work Is Part Of Our Normal Production

Hotel card specifications are part of our normal factory process. Because we handle custom card projects regularly, setup is faster and more cost-efficient.

Sample Pack - Hotel Key Cards

Not sure which chip technology your system uses? Send us your current card, and we will test it for free. Or, request a free sample pack to test on your locks before you buy.

FAQ

Questions Before You Order

Having more questions? Contact us below.

Will these hotel key cards work with my existing hotel lock system?

Yes, as long as the correct chip type and card configuration are selected. We support common hotel lock use cases including Salto, Onity, Dormakaba / Saflok, VingCard / ASSA ABLOY and other RFID or magnetic stripe systems. For unknown systems, we recommend testing sample cards before full production.

What if I do not know which chip my hotel currently uses?

Send us a photo of  your lock brand, or a sample card. If needed, we can supply test cards so you can confirm which card works with your encoder and door locks before placing a bulk order.

Can I test the cards before ordering in bulk?

Yes. For qualified hotel projects, we can arrange free test cards or a sample pack before bulk production. The safest route is simple: test first, approve after it works, then print the full order.

What is the difference between a lock test card and a sample pack?

A lock test card is used to confirm chip and system compatibility with your encoder and doors. A sample pack is mainly for checking material, print quality, finish, thickness and premium options such as wood, matte, gloss or special effects.

Do guest cards and staff cards use the same chip?

Not always. Some hotels use different card types or configurations for guest rooms, staff access, master cards, service areas or back-of-house access. Please tell us whether the card is for guests, staff or another use before production.

Do the cards arrive pre-encoded?

In most cases, hotels encode the cards on-site using their own hotel lock software and encoder. If you need special encoding support, tell us your system details before ordering so we can check what is possible.

What if the test card does not work?

We will do everything we can to help you find the right card route. If a test card does not work, we review the lock system, chip type, card use case and any available technical information before recommending the next option.

If we still cannot provide a working card solution for your system, we will refund your order in full. You do not pay for a full printed batch that cannot be used.

Can you support both RFID and magnetic stripe hotel cards?

Yes. We can supply RFID/contactless key cards, magnetic stripe cards, and cards with print options for hotel branding. The right choice depends on your existing door lock system.

What chip types are commonly used in hotel key cards?

Common hotel RFID cards may use technologies such as MIFARE Classic, MIFARE Ultralight, MIFARE DESFire, Fudan-compatible chips, NTAG or other 13.56 MHz options. The exact chip must match your hotel system.

What does 1K or 4K mean on a hotel RFID card?

It usually refers to the chip memory size. More memory does not automatically mean better compatibility. Your lock system determines whether you need 1K, 4K, Ultralight, DESFire or another option.

What information do you need before I order?

Ideally: your lock brand, whether the card is for guests or staff, chip type if known, quantity, artwork, deadline and delivery country.

Can I order if I only know my lock brand, not the chip type?

Yes, but we recommend checking before full production. The same lock brand can sometimes support different chips or configurations, especially across older and newer installations.

Can you match our existing hotel key card design?

Yes, if you can provide your existing artwork file or a clear sample. If you only have a photo, we may need to recreate the artwork before printing.

Can you design the artwork for us?

If you do not have print-ready artwork, we can guide you on setup or discuss artwork support. For best results, provide your logo, brand colours, fonts and any existing brand guidelines.

How long does production take?

Generally 12-15 working days. Production time depends on quantity, material, chip, finish, artwork approval and whether sample testing is needed. Standard printed cards are faster than wood, special materials or premium finishes.
