Membership Card Design & Features
1. Membership Numbers & Variable Data
Each membership card can include a unique membership number and other variable data such as the member name, membership level, issue date or expiry date.
These details can be printed on the front or back of the card, depending on your design and system requirements.
2. Barcode, QR Code & Magnetic Stripe
Membership cards can include a barcode, QR code or magnetic stripe for scanning, access control and system integration.
These features can be used to identify members, check their membership status, record visits or link the card to your own software.
3. Signature Panels & Writable Areas
If handwritten details are needed, a signature panel can be added to the card.
Alternatively, a matt-laminated card can be written on with a permanent marker, provided the ink is left to dry fully.
4. Access, Validation & Member Status
Membership cards are often used as access cards for clubs, gyms, leisure facilities and other member-only spaces.
Depending on your setup, the card can help show whether a membership is active, valid or paid up to date, and can also be used for quick member verification at reception or entry points.

Magstripe & RFID Encoding
HiCo / LoCo magstripe encoding to your track data. RFID and NFC chips available, encoded to your required format. We’re happy to work directly with your system provider or IT team to confirm compatibility.
Signature Panels & Writable Areas
Add a dedicated signature panel for writing with a standard pen. Alternatively, choose matt lamination for use with a permanent marker, allowing the ink to dry fully.
