Custom Key Fobs & Tags are a compact, durable solution designed to live on a keyring —
ideal for everyday programmes where users need quick identification or access.
You can choose contactless RFID/NFC (chip-based) or a print-only option such as QR codes and barcodes.
Shapes, sizes and artwork are fully custom, and we can add variable data such as unique serial numbers, QR/barcodes,
UID printing, or optional chip encoding.

Shapes, sizes & finishes
Key tags can be made in almost any shape — round, square, rounded rectangle, or custom logo shapes.
We can also advise on the best size for readability (QR/barcodes) and durability on a keyring.

Variable data & personalisation
If you need each tag to be unique, we can add variable data during production:
- Serial numbering (printed or laser options depending on material)
- QR codes (unique or repeated, linking to your pages or systems)
- Barcodes (Code 128 and other common formats)
- UID print (where required for chip-based programmes)
- Chip encoding (on request — depends on your data format and key management)

You can request amendments if something doesn’t look right
If we spot a risk (tiny text, overly complex foil areas, etc.), we’ll tell you plainly and suggest a better approach
Once approved, we move to production.

If you chose premium finishes, we apply them with the correct sequence (so the final look matches the intention)
