Option A: You already have artwork
Share a print-ready PDF if possible. If not, upload what you have -we’ll tell you what needs adjusting.

Option B: You only have a logo / brand kit
That’s enough to start. Upload your logo + brand colours + any text you want on the card.

Option C: You don’t have design files yet
Send a reference (a photo/screenshot of a style you like) and tell us:

• your business type (café / salon / retail / hotel etc.)

• what the card is for (membership / gift / loyalty)

• the vibe: clean & modern / bold & attention-grabbing / luxury & understated

Before we print anything, you’ll have a clear proof to approve.

What you’ll receive

• A proof showing layout, sizes and key placement

• If you selected special finishes, we’ll show how they apply (e.g., Spot UV area / foil area)

What you control

• You can request amendments if something doesn’t look right

• If we spot a risk (tiny text, overly complex foil areas, etc.), we’ll tell you plainly and suggest a better approach

Once approved, we move to production.

What happens next

• Your cards go into production with the confirmed spec

• If you chose premium finishes, we apply them with the correct sequence (so the final look matches the intention)

• Around 10 working days on average (from approval)

• In a hurry? Priority service is available (we’ll confirm what’s achievable based on quantity + finish)

• Secure packaging, shipped to your address
