Delivery Policy
1) Overview
We deliver to the UK, EU and many international destinations. Delivery times vary because every order is custom made and production schedules depend on your final specifications and artwork approval.
If you have a deadline, please tell us before ordering. We can advise the most suitable production and shipping option.
2) UK Delivery
UK orders are delivered with shipping and duties included.
This means you will not be asked to pay import duty on arrival for UK deliveries arranged by us.
Dispatch target
We aim to dispatch most UK orders within 3 working days after artwork approval (and after payment is received, where applicable).
Typical end to end timeline
From artwork approval to delivery, a typical timeframe is around 10 to 13 working days for 3,000 cards.
Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Courier transit times can vary and are outside of our direct control.
3) EU and International Delivery
We accept orders from the EU and other regions.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, service level, package size and weight. We will confirm the shipping cost with you before dispatch, or include it in your quote where possible.
Taxes and duties
For deliveries outside the UK, local import taxes, duties and customs clearance requirements may apply. Unless stated otherwise in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our quoted prices.
4) Express and Rush Orders
If you need cards urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
We can often offer expedited production and/or faster courier services, subject to capacity, materials, finishes and your artwork readiness. Additional charges may apply. All rush timelines must be confirmed by us in writing.
5) Why timelines may vary
Because each product is made to order, delivery time can be affected by factors such as:
Your response time during proofing and artwork approval
Changes to artwork, specifications, quantities or finishes after the initial brief
Material or finish availability
Production scheduling during peak periods
Courier delays, weather disruption, customs inspections or other events outside our control
Incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
6) Proofing and artwork approval
Production starts only after you have approved your proof (where proofs are provided) and we have confirmed the final specification.
To avoid delays, please:
Provide print ready artwork where possible
Respond promptly to any questions about files, colours or finishes
Confirm the delivery address and contact details carefully
7) Delivery address and failed delivery
Please ensure your delivery address, contact name, phone number and email are accurate.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect from a depot, re delivery may incur additional shipping charges. Any delivery dates provided will no longer apply.
8) Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Tracking status is managed by the courier. We are happy to assist, but we cannot control courier scanning or transit events.
9) Damages, missing items and delivery issues
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to be missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order reference
Photos of the packaging and products
A clear description of the issue
We may need these details to raise a claim with the courier. Claims raised outside this timeframe may be harder to support.
10) Liability and responsibility
We will take reasonable care to dispatch your order on time and pack it securely.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to courier disruption, customs processes, severe weather, strikes, or third party delays.
Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates unless we have confirmed a guaranteed service in writing.
